Yesterday, we were able to groom both sides of the network, including getting the Ginzu out to start leveling. Today, more of the same. Come Ski!

The fields have 12 inch drifts and the woods have 8-10 inches of fresh white snow…and we are not complaining. This will take a while, but we will get there and the trails will be ready for you to come. Hard to imagine but this winter cold is good for us. Once we get the air out of the snow and have it compressed, the cold settles into the earth below. The base was packed well and the ground underneath was hard and frozen. THEN, the storm left 20+ inches for fresh, new snow. We were out rolling and packing during the storm, yesterday and will be working again today. There was another inch or so last night. We have 8-10 inches of new snow with another similar amount predicted by Tuesday evening, plus more later this week.
