The Lodge this week is open Thursday-Sunday, except for season pass holders, who are able to ski all week. Well over a foot of fresh Snow fell overnight Saturday and into the afternoon Sunday. Sunday January 27th.
Three inches of new snow overnight and more this morning. We have packed all of the major trails on the lodge side and are rolling the A-frame, Peak Trail and High Road on the East side. It is currently snowing about an inch an hour, which we will always welcome.
Friday Night Tour postponed
They are calling for temperatures steadily going down after dark with wind speeds of 12 mph plus… As a result, the event is postponed. We will see what happens next week. We Held, Open!
After the rain yesterday, we still held our snowpack. This morning gave us 2-3 inches of fresh snow and it is still snowing. More snow is predicted going into the weekend. We will have those areas when the water washed channels. Groomers will be busy turning this around. Will get some pictures…

Worked rolling the lodge side just to stay on top of it.. During the week we can start to level, set track and move into the rest of the network…
Quad Ski Race postponed.
The decision was made to postpone the event. While we have snow and more coming, the course would not be race-ready. A winter storm watch has been issued for this area, with snow starting Saturday midday and increasing into the afternoon. By Sunday, we may be in Blizzard conditions. Update Thursday Morning
We have two foot drifts, wind swept areas, snow fence in the field working splendidly and two groomers packing the first trails on the Lodge Side. Wilderness Lodge will be open this weekend with a whole bunch of work between now and then. Yea!

Almost a foot of heavy granular snow has arrived. There are two foot drifts in places and at 8 a.m. it is still coming down about an inch an hour. A small area was rolled yesterday in the field.
